When you make a payment to us for our services, payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or any other sensitive payment credentials. These details are collected and processed directly and securely by Razorpay in accordance with PCI DSS standards and RBI guidelines. We only receive confirmation of payment status (success/failure), the transaction amount, and a transaction reference ID.

Important: In accordance with RBI's data localization guidelines, all payment-related transaction data is stored and processed exclusively on servers located within India by our payment partner, Razorpay. TechVedx does not store any card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive cardholder data on its own servers at any time.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Project-related communications and files are typically retained for the duration of the project plus a reasonable period thereafter for support purposes, unless you request earlier deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
