2. How to File a Complaint

3. Resolution Timeline

We are committed to the following resolution timelines, in line with regulatory requirements:

Acknowledgement of your complaint via email

7 Days

Initial assessment and update on resolution status

30 Days

Final resolution of the complaint, where possible

If a complaint requires additional time due to its complexity, we will inform you of the expected timeline and reasons for the delay.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your concern by replying to the resolution email marked "Escalation Request," and it will be reviewed by the Founder of TechVedx directly.

For payment-specific disputes that remain unresolved, you may also raise a concern directly with Razorpay through their official support channels, or approach the appropriate consumer forum / RBI Ombudsman for Digital Transactions, as applicable under Indian law.
